These events are open to anyone who would like to attend.
Mostly these are designed for adults, but we do have family-oriented stuff, too, where children are encouraged to attend. (We need more children to make us feel superior.)

Halloween Happy Hour at Cook's Corner - 6:00p, Friday, October 25, 2024
Let's do this! Get your creative cap on and come in costume or in your usual disheveled attire for some festive cocktails at Happy Hour in Chris Cook's home in Gainesville.
The only thing requested is a fun snack and hard liquor (I provide mixers, beer and some foundation munchies). Oh, and you must have fun. See you soon.

BOXING DAY Open House for 2025 is ON!
It's true - Spyke is doing better dealing with her ongoing health concerns, and our good friend and neighbor, Naomi, has volunteered to help her in the kitchen, so Boxing Day is a GO, and our home Habitat from Insanity on Lake Elizabeth in Earleton will be open to receive visitors. Stop by to say Hi, to bring a favorite dish to share, or to show off your new gift or toy. We'll be serving food and drinks starting at 3:00 pm. Children, well-behaved pets, visiting relatives, and friends are all most welcome.
Directions: Habitat from Insanity is at 21606 NE 46th Ave, Earleton.
