Our latest addition is Angelina, a puppy we picked up at the Bradford County Animal Rescue Shelter (the day before she was scheduled for euthanization). She was shy and skinny at first, but she is quickly adapting to her new home. At 3 months old, she was already crate trained and nearly fully housebroken. She has started to put on some weight, and was 22 lbs at her last visit to the Vet. Angie's enthusiastic play has helped Mac recover from losing Tali, and helped us, too. We hope she sticks around for a long time.
The Vet thinks that Angie is a Black Mouth Cur, and if you see photos of the purebreds, you'll agree. We want to do a Dog Breed ID test on both Mac and Angie to settle some of those questions - cost is down to $50 each now, which is reasonable.
At almost 75 pounds, Mac has exceeded our original estimate of 45 pounds by almost that much. Check out Mac's Forum for updates and sharing your pet's antics and photos.

So many of these photos show Mac napping for a couple reasons: 1) as a puppy, he does a lot of napping; 2) it's the only time he'll stay still long enough for me to get a focused photo.
